A digital recruitment service for the Swedish Public Employment Office (Arbetsförmedlingen) that helped employers meet more candidates and gave jobseekers fairer opportunities beyond their CV. The service scaled nationally and supported remote recruitment during Covid-19. iF Design Award winner.
